Fraser, a nationally renowned MN non-profit, is looking for compassionate individuals to help create bright futures for individuals with special needs. Fraser serves children of all abilities and adults with special needs - through comprehensive education, healthcare and housing. With 26 wonderful houses throughout the Twin Cities, our Residential Services division is growing—and we seek compassionate individuals to grow with us.

 

If you have some experience working in a group home environment, a flexible schedule and enjoy variety, we have part time positions with the potential for quite a few hours! Shifts available include evenings (between 2-11pm), overnights and weekends. We can be very flexible with scheduling!

 

As a Resource Program Assistant, you’ll float between our various group homes to fill in as needed on a variety of shifts.

 

Our Program Assistants coordinate daily living activities for our residents including assisting with personal care, hygiene, grooming, administering medications, documenting treatment, helping with cooking and housework as needed. You’ll also accompany residents on activities and appointments.

 

Requirements include:

  • A passion for serving children and adults with special needs and their families. No experience is required.
  • HS diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education preferred.
  • Valid Minnesota driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
  • Ability to use clear, understandable written and verbal English.
  • Ability to work independently and intermittently lift and carry 100 lbs.
