Description Job Description:

Candidate must be able to provide 24x7 support for oncall rotation.
Candidate will be a member of a team that troubleshoots, implements, analyzes and tracks alarming for all client equipment.
Candidate will also process and create alarm enhancement requests, manage projects, and develop business processes for alarm handling
Also the candidate will interface with several different internal Client Organizations, and will be required to provide feedback and support to fellow teammates on all managed projects.
