From pre-admission through payment, the case manager is responsible for all Case Management Including:

care/discharge planning
utilization review
fiscal / payroll management
internal marketing functions

Requirements
Must be a Registered Nurse (preferred), or have a degree in Social Work (LMSW required) with at least one year hospital case management experience.

The case manager candidate requires:

keen awareness of community and government agencies
insurance benefit coverage
DRG payment systems
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to multitask is a MUST

***This position is a Per Diem opening and offers flexible scheduling***
