Description
TRAINER:
Legal experience as a trainer strongly preferred
- Training, both classroom and one-on-one sessions
· Develops and delivers training remotely to other firm offices using firm technology.
· Assist in Help Desk technical support when needed.
· Participates in rollouts of new software and hardware technology.
- Able to teach evening or weekend classes, when the need arises
· A minimum of one year of experience training in a law firm or legal environment desired.
· Help Desk/Telephone support experience desired.
· 4+ years’ experience working in a Windows environment.
· Extensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office 2003(heavy emphasis on Microsoft Word).
