STATE OF CONNECTICUT JUDICIAL BRANCH
BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYST I/II
The CT Judicial Branch is seeking an individual to work with business and technical subject matter experts to translate business needs into understandable requirements and translate requirements into technical specifications from which developers can work. This individual will create design documentation, conduct reviews to obtain user validation of requirements, analyze, model and document data requirements and work with DBA’s to integrate these requirements. The ideal candidate will have the following qualities: strong organizational skills; experience in applying best practices from both Agile and traditional development processes to meet business needs; experience with relational databases including writing SQL queries; experience with testing web applications including integration with legacy systems; experience writing test plans and creating test scripts; experience verifying and developing business requirements; proven ability to meet deadlines, set individual priorities and be self-directed; proven ability to be an effective member of a cross-functional team; strong written and verbal communications; strong interpersonal skills and customer focus; ability to communicate at many levels with both business and technical personnel.
