JA builds stronger communities through programs that teach work readiness, entrepreneurship and financial literacy. Position Summary:
To manage operations and coordinate all corporate and education constituents to provide economic education programs (grades K-12) in Racine and Kenosha counties. Ultimately responsible for fund raising, strategic planning, and volunteer recruitment and training to meet the demand for programs. Ensures program quality and growth, creates awareness, and builds and supports both county Boards.

Amount of money raised through fundraising
Ability to effectively communicate and manage team members
Ability to add value to the Junior Achievement Program
Experience Requirements:
Proven fund raising or sales/marketing experience
Verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects
Knowledge of Kenosha and Racine communities preferred
Must enjoy people and demonstrate creative ability
Strong presentation skills
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required
