Base Operations Director

We have an immediate opening for a Base Operations Division Director in our Corporate office located in Columbia, Maryland. This position will work closely with the President and have full financial and operational responsibility for multiple nation-wide base operations contracts with our customers.

Qualifications:
In depth knowledge of both fixed price and cost-plus award fee government contracts, five plus years experience managing large base operations and maintenance projects/contracts. Ability and willingness to travel throughout the U.S. as needed to manage division. This travel is estimated to be 25%-50%, including extended stays on a project when necessary. Strong leadership, no-nonsense management style and profit and loss experience required.
