Legal Billing Clerk

Job Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of pre-suit collection letters and liens;
Monitor actions by superior lien holders;
Process billing and track payments;
Initiate, respond to and maintain written and verbal communication with clients and borrowers;
Regularly maintain status reports and calendar deadlines;
And other duties as required.

Requirements

A minimum of two years of experience in Billing or Accounting;
Customer Service experience;
Coursework in Accounting preferred;
Able to work in fast-paced, high volume foreclosure firm;
Strong computer and analytical skills;
Must be organized and be able to multi task;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
