Human Resources Manager
Non-union manufacturing company in northern Kentucky. HR Manager will be responsible to lead team of 3 -5 HR professionals. The client is looking for a hands-on manager who has demonstrated strong employee relation skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced and demanding environment. Multi-site responsibility.

LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY– NO RELOCATION WILL BE PAID
· 4 year degree, MBA desired but not required
· Min of 10 years experience in manufacturing
· Have worked in plants of 300 + employees.
· Non union experience preferred
· Strong experience recruiting hourly and salaried employees including skilled trades and Engineers, including H1-B Visa process
