Description

Two IMMEDIATE permanent openings: One position is “Entry Level" (1-2 years experience in the Telecom/IT Industry), the salary for which is up to $40K. The second position is “Mid Level" (3-5 years experience in the Telecom/IT Industry), the salary for which is up to $65K. There is some flexibility with regard to the salary.
Strong software developer/engineer with telecommunications background.
Must be able to develop software in C/C++,Java, VXML (VoiceXML), SQL and possess telecom knowledge.
Knowledge of any combination of the following: IEX (Workforce Management), Verint Software Apps, AT&T Route It!, and/or Inova would be considered a plus.

Requirements

RELATED EXPERIENCE

Knowledge of PBX, IVR, Voicemail Systems, ISDNs, DSL and Frame Relay.
Must be familiar with and trained on current digital products by vendors such as Avaya.
Should be familiar with using/designing telecommunication systems for voice/data and their application to computer networks.

Voice & Data Network Design
On & Off Network Call Routing
Call Accounting & ACD Call Reports
Voice & Data Access & Usage Budgets

Remote PBX Access for Phones & ACD Agents
