Description
Validate and verify optical network management software operates to meet product requirements. Duties include reviewing requirements and providing testability comments. Create tracking system tickets for software and requirement problems found and follow-up with development team for resolution. Conduct feature demonstrations and verify end-user documentation for accuracy. Support trouble-shooting with internal integration and technical support organizations. Perform software installation on HP servers. Interact with engineers and managers across various functional areas and disciplines within optical network management organization.
