Description The National Security Agency (NSA) Office of General Counsel is seeking an attorney with legal experience in federal procurement law to join its Acquisition and Logistics practice group.  The attorney would join an office responsible for advising the NSA Director, the Senior Acquisition Executive, acquisition professionals and NSA requiring organizations on all aspects of the NSA acquisition process.  Responsibilities include advising on acquisition strategy documents, requests for proposals, and contract awards.  Attorneys in the office also advise on contract administration issues and represent the Agency in  procurement-related litigation in various fora.
Requirements Selection will be based upon the judgment of the selecting official.  Applicants should be a graduate of a law school accredited by the American Bar Association, a member in good standing of a state Bar and/or the District of Columbia.

Prefer applicants with at least 2 years of experience in federal government procurement law, but will consider individuals who are graduates of a Masters of Law program in Government Procurement Law. Strong written and oral communications skills and an interest in working in a dynamic, team environment are also required.
