HVAC Business Development Manager

 

Immediate opening available for a Business Development Manager to join our Residential Sales team in our Indianapolis office.  As we focus on growing our residential dealer base in this healthy territory, this position will be focused on winning new business by creating and building relationships with HVAC dealers and contractors in our Indianapolis and Ft. Wayne markets.  The Business Development Manager will work closely with our Territory Managers to transition new customers into our sales portfolio as we win new business.  In addition to business development activity, this position will also be responsible for selling parts and supplies to HVAC dealers outside of our existing customer base while prospecting new accounts.

Requirements
  • Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree
  • Proven track record of prospecting and winning new business in the HVAC industry
  • Candidates will need to have 3-5 years experience selling HVAC parts and supplies or equipment.
