If you’re a dedicated, enthusiastic, highly motivated professional with experience in recruiting/admissions, public relations, sales, or customer service and you have a genuine desire to help others succeed, we want to hear from you! We’re looking for talented admissions representatives to join the team at our Name Campus on a full-time/part-time basis. Reporting to the Campus Director of Admissions, this individual will:

 

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

·Make initial contact with prospective students.

·Target leads and make telephone calls to prospective students.

·Field telephone inquiries from prospective students.

·Set appointments to meet with prospective students.

·Interview and discuss qualifications with prospective students.

·Conduct Campus tours for individual students or groups of students.

·Complete admissions paperwork accurately and on time.

·Successfully enroll and start qualified students in their appropriate programs.

·Meet established school admissions goals.

·Perform other duties/participate in special projects as assigned.

 

Skills Needed:

·Superior language ability/interpersonal communication skills

·Exceptional customer service skills

·Solid logic/reasoning ability

·Solid organizational skills

·Good math ability

·Good word processing/spreadsheet/Internet skills

 

Education/Experience Needed:

·High school diploma or GED equivalent

·Associate’s degree preferred

·Experience with Microsoft Windows and related software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

·At least two (2) years of public relations, sales, customer service, or recruiting/admissions experience

·Experience in a school/college or training environment preferred
