Description The selected candidate will be able to perform all aspects of Configuration Identification, Change Control, Configuration Audits, Configuration Status Accounting, Deficiency Reporting, and Engineering Data Management in the Department of Defense (DoD) environment.
These processes consist of hardware and software configuration management.

Confers with manufacturing or development engineering to establish
change-reporting procedure, and prepares directives for change authorization
and documentation by company personnel.

Manages the change control database to assure baseline control of development and production systems.

Requirements

Strong problem solving skills and resolution skills
Being well equipped to work independently and within a team environment
Must be a quick leaner and be adaptable to new technologies
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Manage own work load and work overtime as required
Bachelors or associates degree preferred and 5 to 7 years of configuration management experience
