Description
Order entry, responsible for researching and resolving complaints to ensure customer retention and satisfaction. Respond to inquiries and complaints. Provide customers with product and service information. Update database to reflect action taken regarding client’s account. Process data input in a timely and accurate manner. Ability to quickly establish rapport with callers. Maintain confidentiality of information. Keep track of orders.
Requirements
High school diploma/GED. Minimum of 1 year customer service experience. Oral and written communication skills. PC skills (excel, word and outlook), attention to detail, good people’s skills, problem solver, multi task.
