GENERAL LEDGER ACCOUNTANT
Location: Orange, California
Hours: F/T, Monday through Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:
As part of the General Ledger group of the Accounting department, responsibilities may include:
- Month end close processes
- Journal Entry preparation and posting
- Account analysis and bank reconciliation
- Consolidation worksheet preparation
- Fixed Asset analysis
- Deferred Revenue analysis
- Account Receivable analysis and aging
- Deferred Rent analysis
- Report preparation and timely filing with appropriate parties
- Special projects as needed.
Requirements
Requirements:
· Accounting Degree preferred but not required
· Knowledge of GAAP Accounting Principles
· Intermediate to Advanced MS Excel skills
· JD Edwards version 8.11 experience preferred but not required
· Minimum of two (2) years work experience
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Strong analytical skills
· Reliable and very detail oriented.
· Self-motivated and able to work independently
· Work effectively with deadlines.
· Team player.
Salary:
· $15.00 to $18.00 per hour (Depending on experience)
