About The Roman Healthcare Group:
At The Roman Healthcare Group, our straight forward approach to recruiting is focused on finding our clients the best possible candidate in the shortest amount of time. Our many years of combined experience has taught us that the best way to accomplish this is by getting to know each candidate’s individual goals so that we don’t waste your valuable time interviewing for jobs that aren’t a fit. Unlike some “headhunter services" we know that the way to build a lasting client relationship isn’t by just inundating them with resumes in the hopes that something will stick. The companies that we recruit for know that a candidate from The Roman Healthcare Group is the type of person that will add real value and expertise to their organization.
We know that change can be hard. Even when a new opportunity represents the next great step along your career path there are a number of other concerns that will affect your decision. We haven’t achieved our level of success by just setting up interviews and moving along to the next candidate. We take the time to meet with every candidate, discuss their background in-depth and learn what type of opportunity they are looking for. In addition we will assist you in relocation, finding employment for spouses, schools for children, and doing all we can to make sure that your transition goes as smoothly as possible. At The Roman Healthcare Group our goal is to help you move forward with your career, not just find another job.
By focusing our talents entirely on the healthcare vertical, we at The Roman Healthcare Group have become experts on what it takes to help you find the right career. Our extensive network of hospitals and critical care providers allows us to match each candidate with a number of options to fit their individual needs.
