Summary:

This position will effectively investigate accounts provided by the client while seeking to resolve said accounts through payment or by recovery of the collateral.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Verify information provided by the client
Investigate all leads by checking addresses and attempting face to face contact
Make contact with debtor or references to demand collateral
Recover collateral
Minimize risk through proper operation of equipment
Minimize liability by obeying all pertinent laws and company policies
Provide timely updates to clients according to policies and guidelines
Provide timely and accurate condition reports for repossessed collateral

Qualifications/Requirements:

Basic computer skills required
Ability to work long and odd hours
Innovative, creative and seeks challenges
Ability to handle stress and multiple priorities
Flexible and self-confident
Effective command skills, competent management and organizational skills required
Possess strong conflict resolution skills
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Strong analytical skills
Valid drivers license
Clean driving record
Successfully pass drug screen and background investigation

Education/Training/Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent required
Previous repossession experience preferred
Previous tow truck experience or heavy equipment experience preferred
Basic mechanical ability
Industry certification a plus
