• Must possess a current license as an RN or LPN in the state where the center is located
• Must possess as a minimum, a Nursing degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved RN or LPN/LVN program
• Prior work/life experiences, preferably in a long-term care Center
• Prior supervisory experience and management training
• Ability to deal tactfully with staff, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies, and the general public
