We are looking for leaders to join our Sales Manager Training program. Through this program you will develop your sales acumen, customer service skills, and leadership through performance. We only promote from within and all promotions are based on successful and consistent performance while demonstrating our characteristics of leadership. As a member of the Oak Express/Bedroom Expressions team you will work with focused team members in a supportive team environment while creating exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements of Oak Express Sales Manager Leadership 

After 30 years of experience in the business we know that talent comes from a variety of different experiences and backgrounds. We know that our successful candidates have a high standard of integrity, an excitement for building relationships with customers, and the commitment to success. 

Candidates should also be willing and able to:

 

• Be at least 18 years of age

   

• Be willing and able to work, evenings, weekends, and holidays

   

• Be willing to relocate upon promotion to Management 

   

• Have experience interacting with customers on a consistent basis and focused on delivering a remarkable experience

   

Candidates with previous experience in sales, customer service, delivery, hospitality, restaurant management, retail, or other like positions; military experience and/or military leadership, or other leadership experiences thrive in our environment.
