Description This position is responsible for Operations Project Lifecycle Management activities on multiple simultaneous legal services projects underway at Merrill. The Operations Analyst (DA) is directly responsible for the Operational implementation, tracking and technical troubleshooting of the Data Acquistion (DA) component of ESI processing projects. The Operations Analyst is the primary conduit for communication between Operations and the client-facing Project Management group.  Ensuring compliance with a Quality Plan developed at the project level for each matter.  Maintain thorough project documentation.  Adhere to and guide company and industry best practices for service delivery.  Proper understanding of basic rules of evidence, as they are related to the seizure or acquisition of magnetic media, handling, marking and storage of electronic evidence, including "chain of custody" and "right to privacy."

Primary interface between Operations and Project Management. Devise solutions that meet client-specified DA processing requirements. Design and set-up cases in one of Merrill's data collections processing applications, such as EnCase, FTK or other approved tools.
Requirements Technical exposure and experience with querying and analyzing databases. Demonstrated ability to self-manage time and multi-task across multiple deliverables and accountabilities.  Strong problem solving and team work skills a must.   3+ years of hands-on experience processing ESI in the legal industry a plus. Bachelor's degree and/or technical certifications preferred.  A+ certification preferred.
