Description Now, more than ever, is an exciting time to join the Empire Education Group Operations Team. Not only are we one of the largest nationally recognized cosmetology institutions with 94 schools across 20 states, we are experiencing positive growth and great opportunities. Currently, we are accepting resumes for position of Executive Director in Littleton, CO. 

The Executive Director will be responsible for the overall general operations, administration and management of a specific Empire Beauty School campus. Director will manage full P&L responsibility for school operations to meet/exceed budgeted revenue and EBITDA, while holding costs to within budgeted levels. Director will drive revenue and profitability by managing leads, enrollments, starts, retention, attendance, clinic sales, licensure and maintaining an appropriate school environment for student success.

The necessary requirements include a proven P&L and sales management track record. Excellent leadership, communications and customer service skills. Ability to excel in a high growth, fast paced environment. Bachelors’ degree in business or related field and/or appropriate work experience required. Masters degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years management experience with heavy emphasis on P&L, sales, operations and customer service management.

Requirements/Experience:

  • 5 years Proven P/L Management
  • 5 years SALES Management Experience. Admissions Management Preferred
  • Excellent Leadership, Communication and Customer Service Skills
  • 2-4 years of  Management Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree, Masters Preferred
