Function: Development and maintenance of effective performance improvement program
General Statement of Responsibilities: Plans, coordinates, and directs the quality control programs of the company designed to ensure continuous performance improvement
Requirements
Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing school; Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
Knowledge and Abilities: Must possess 1) an in-depth knowledge of nursing practice, theory, and principles; 2) a comprehensive knowledge of regulations pertinent to home health; 3) leadership ability; 4) an extensive knowledge and application of management and performance improvement principles; 5) effective communication and interaction skills
Experience: Prefer a minimum of five years of nursing experience
Special Requirements: Current licensure by the Mississippi Board of Nursing; current drivers license; automobile liability insurance
