Summary

 

HR Anew is seeking an experienced Proposal Writer on a p/t basis,  to  prepare  proposals and respond to other potential business opportunities.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • ·         Compile and edit proposal text, write or update bios/resumes for key personnel assigned to the program team.
  • ·         Coordinates final production.
  • ·         Ensure adherence to all proposal requirements.
  • ·         Edit all responses for consistency, grammatical accuracy and completeness.
  • ·         Conduct market research as needed.

Requirements

Requirements/Qualifications/Abilities

  • ·         At least 1-3 years of experience in business development, business administration, marketing, proposal development or related fields.
  • ·         A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related degree preferred.
  • ·         Strong relationship management and project management skills.
  • ·         Creativity and sales presentation skills.
  • ·         MS Office Applications including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • ·         Must display superior verbal, written, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • ·         Use of exceptional interpersonal skills when dealing with sensitive issues involving clients, candidates, colleagues, and management/supervisor.
  • ·         Ability to develop a solid business development and marketing program that will support and strengthen corporate objectives and foster high quality client services.
  • ·         Able to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • ·         Ability to collaborate with all levels of management.
  • ·         Self-directed and able to work independently
  • ·         Willingness to jump into a variety of projects; Flexibility
  • ·         Leadership skills and ability to work as a member of a team
