Description Description

The Outstanding Shift Supervisor will operate our Moe’s in the absence of the General Manager or Assistant General Manager. They will assist in achieving sales and profit targets by pursuing two main objectives: 1) energetically market the Moe’s brand by providing the highest standards of service, cleanliness and quality; 2) and by providing guidance and crew supervision that controls primary cost and results in profits per company goals.

What we expect is for you to:

Greet every guest with an enthusiastic "Welcome to Moe's" as they enter our restaurant
Strive to exceed guest expectations in all areas of our growing fast casual concept
Supervise shifts (4-6 crew members) to ensure the highest service standards
Assist with training and development of crew members per management guidance
Control payroll and food (primary) cost to meet company goals and budget targets
Ensure that cash procedures are followed at all levels for accountability and crew safety •
Constantly market the Moe’s brand to community, friends and family

Requirements

Minimum Age 18

Outgoing personality - big smile - eagerness to learn – respect for authority

Restaurant experience - a definite plus

Knowledge of commonly-used practices and procedures in restaurant operations (cleanliness, safe food handling, restaurant equipment safety)

Computer experience - significant plus to include touch screen POS terminals

Master the details of all menu items

Must be able to multi-task and perform well during high traffic rushes

Must be able to responsibly handle money, make change, process credit card transactions

Works under general supervision of, and reports to, the GM or Assistant GM
