Description Bayside Solutions is looking Senior Grants Analyst who is responsible for post award research grant activities,research funding sources, gather information of government audits and budgeting reponsiblilites. The ideal candiate will posses NIH grant experience

Requirements Must have a background in notofor-profit accounting with at least 3 years of experience in sponsored program accounting at a non-profit or academic research institution.

Knowledge of accounting and business management principles.
Familiarity with PHS grants policies:

OMB circulars,
A-110,
A-122 and
A-133 and
related grant management requirements (Preferred).

Excellent organizational and communication skills (written and oral).
Excellent Excel skills required.
Experience with word processing, database management, e-mail and internet software. Proficient in PC/MAC platforms.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to produce high quality, error-free work.
Ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
Work may require daily, weekly, or monthly exposure to the following:
Video display terminal>4 or more hours/day
Repetitive motion
Lifting, pushing, pulling over 25 pounds
