Description
The Community College of Philadelphia invites applications for full-time, tenure-track positions in Developmental Mathematics for the 2010-2011 academic year.
The ideal candidate will be able to:
- demonstrate success in teaching developmental mathematics
- help lead the department's efforts to increase student learning outcomes in developmental mathematics
- articulate a vision for a successful developmental mathematics program
- provide training and professional development for developmental mathematics faculty
- demonstrate knowledge of curriculum design and technology
- engage in researching and writing grants
- demonstrate knowledge of and commitment to the mission of Community College of Philadelphia.
Requirements
Minimum requirements are master's degree in Mathematics or Mathematics Education from a regionally accredited institution.
