Customer Service Section Manager
LaSalle Network is presently recruiting strong call center managers to work with one of our largest clients, headquartered downtown in the Loop. The Customer Service Section Manager manages the Customer Service Representatives and Customer Service Leads, ensuring calls from our customers are being answered, making sure their experience with us is a positive one. We are looking for individuals with at minimum of 2 years of call center supervisory experience; telesales experience is a preference.
Schedule: Monday thru Friday 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.
Essential Functions:
Day to day supervision of Customer Service Representatives
Scheduling
Conduct performance reviews and disciplinary actions
Operate maintenance queue
Follow-up on customer requests via phone and email
Process fee credits and loan discounts
Follow up on funds not received
Call shadowing, coaching and training of Customer Service Representatives and Leads
Provide customers with product and service information
Project a professional company image through phone interaction
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and practices
Required Qualifications:
Professional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Experience dealing with customer complaints
2 years Supervisory experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility and ability to quickly adapt to change
Must be able to work independently as well as contribute to the overall success of the team
Basic computer skills required (data entry, internet)
Must have access to reliable transportation and be available to work evening hours and some weekends.
