JOB REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
+ GED or High School Diploma preferred
+ Supervisor experience preferred
MINIMUM SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
+ Ability to comprehend and speak English; bilingual ability (English/Spanish) preferred
+ Organizational skills
+ Attention to detail
+ Communication skills
+ Ability to train others
PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS
+ Must be physically and visually able to utilize the computer and other necessary office equipment
+ Capable of working in a fast paced environment and in stressful situations
+ Must be able to walk and stand for long periods of time
+ Must be flexibile to work different hours/days as needed
+ Must respond to multiple task interruptions in order to provide service to internal and external customers
