Part Time Nanny (Saturdays Only)

Private Upper East Side family seeks experienced Nanny to assist with the care of their three children every Saturday. Responsibilities include:
• Saturday only work schedule, 7:00am-4:00pm, with flexibility for over-time as needed
• Assisting in the daily care, supervision, and education of three children
• Light tidying up after the children
• Occasional laundry, only for the children
• Coordinating daily activities for the children
• Taking the children to and from lessons/games/appointments
• Creating a fun, safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for the children
• This position will run only during the school year

• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Minimum 3 to 5 years related experience working as a Nanny with a private family
• Must be comfortable with and experienced with supervising multiple children at once
• Excellent references from both current and previous employers
• Knowledge of general first aid and certification in CPR (infant, child, and adult)
• Must be OK with pets (no allergies)
• Strong knowledge of the NYC area and children’s programs and events
• Valid driver’s license appreciated
• Must be able to work legally in the United States
