Description Allstate is preparing to expand one if its Southfield Locations and is seeking up to 6 people who love to sell.   Allstate is a household name and we are looking for people who are very good at prospecting and bringing in new business.  We are looking to gain more Auto, Home and Life insurance customers.

Allstate does a lot of advertising and we are looking for people who are enthusiastic, self motivated and sales driven to promote our product.  Everyone needs car and home insurance and now is the time that potential customers are looking to lower their monthly bills and we are looking for people who have excellent closing skills to bring in new clients.

We are looking for people that would like to eventually be a manager of an agency and we are willing to train the product but you must bring sales to the table. Must be able to lead by example in sales and be a premier sales person and have great leadership skills.

No experience necessary in insurance to apply but must have solid sales experience.

We are looking for career minded people who can see themselves leading by example and eventually running a profitable office. 

Compensation is very aggressive with a combination of a  $1500 base + commission+ bonus + residuals.  Average first year total income is $30-50k depending on your results with each year increasing $5-10k from the residuals.  5 year estimate $100k+

Requirements We prefer people who have a succesful track record in sales. People who have done cold calling, telemarketing, door to door, business to business, cemetery sales, times share sales, mortgages or recruiting are a plus. 

Fresh college grads with a degree in Finance, Marketing, Management, or Business are welcome also.

People who have a past customer base to draw upon and or are highly networked are welcome also.

Must be willing to dedicate the time necessary to achieve success as longer sales hours are required to get ahead. We are looking for producers and not excusers.

People who are currently in the insurance field who are producers and not just customer service only people are welcome also as we offer residuals and great bonus plans that you may not be getting now. Plus the opportunity to run your own branch!
