Large, busy multi-specialty medical practice located in downtown Louisville is seeking energetic, motivated LPN candidates for a team leader to work full-time for our private medical practice. 

Management experience in a medical office environment is required.

Job Responsibilities:

Under the direction of the Practice  Manager, the Team Lead delivers back office support for providers in a multi-specialty office environment.  Duties include directing Medical Assistants, interacting with patients, visitors and staff in a courteous and professional manner, ordering medical supplies and assisting physicians when needed.
Assists providers in increasing performance by aligning clinical and administrative strategies, while improving the quality of patient care.
Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the back office & ensures the effective, efficient & safe delivery of patient care.
Ensures that all staff is educated and knowledgeable of policies and that each is followed appropriately. Typically, this position's scope includes supporting up to 45 Physicians (plus related non-physician
providers) in a multi-specialty environment.
