Description Large Industrial staffing company is currently looking for an on site staffing manager / recruiter for operations in the greater Detroit area.

Responsibilities Include:

Scheduling necessary staffing levels on a daily / weekly basis.
Interviewing, screening, and placing new candidates.
Direct management of workforce with client guidance.
Gauging and responding to client satisfaction levels.
Measure employee performance including all disciplinary actions including termination.
Time management of personnel for payroll purposes.
Manage safety program.
