Intertech Digital Entertainment is looking for IT professionals in search of an opportunity to learn & grow!  This position is part of a team, providing mid-level LAN administration & Application Support Services.  This is an exciting fast paced operations LAN Administration role supporting Windows based systems and end users.  This is a full time, permanent position.  Compensation range is commensurate with experience, with benefits. All applications will be considered.

• Must currently reside in the Western New York area
• 5 years of Windows LAN administration and support
• Strong PC technician, desktop/laptop installation & support skills
• Strong IP understanding
• Windows Server Support Skills
• Backup administration
• VPN and Firewall administration
• Terminal Services/ Citrix Administration & Support skills a plus
• Database Administration experience a plus
• SQL, .NET, Access experience a plus
• Exchange Administration & Support skills a plus
• Must be focused, prompt and possess strong customer service skills
• Must be willing to work flexible schedule including nights and weekends
• Must submit to drug test prior to hiring
