Description The Project Manager/Estimator is responsible for a variety of job requirements to manage the project from start to finish. Responsibilities include sales, preparing estimates, maintaining project schedules, purchasing materials, maintaining all job records, submittals, contracts, change orders, attending pre-bid/ job meetings, and monitoring project cost. Project Manager/Estimator acts as the customers’ contact. Successful candidate must possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

Requirements Seeking motivated, detail oriented candidates with 4 year degree and background in construction. Ability to utilize Word, Excel, and Estimating Software. Must demonstrate excellent communication, organizational, and blueprint reading skills.
