Description
Customer Service Representative
We are looking for customer service representative to answer inbound calls in a busy office environment.  The person in this position will be responsible for taking orders on the phone, inputting orders in the computer, giving sales quotes, and assisting cusomters in tracking their packages.
 
We are seeking individuals who enjoy working with high volume calls in a fast paced office.  We need people who communicate effectively and professionally with customers.
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming phone calls quickly and professionally
  • Take customers orders and process information accurately
  • Provide price quotes and shipping cost quotes to customers
  • Input customers orders into computer while talking to them on the phone
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of company's products
  • Must be able to work Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week-daytime hour.

Requirements

Skills and Abilities:

  • Must be able to operate a phone and computer
  • Accurate typing and data entry skills
  • Ability to create and read documents in  Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Experience with data entry software
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Must be punctual, detail oriented, and organized
  • Must have positive attitude towards customers and co-workers
  • Must demonstate excellent verbal and written communication skills with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
  • Ability to show concern for customers needs and maintain solid customer relationships
