Description Our client in Concordville, PA (Glen Mills, PA) is looking for a Plastic Mold Injection operator.

Run multiple injection-molding machines.
Inspect product for proper level of quality, measure parts with gages and record measurements in the online SPC system.
Assure machines are running at peak efficiency.
Obtain, mix, and dry raw material in order to keep machines running.
Properly maintain tooling during the production run.
Count, box, and weigh completed product, accurately record production quantities.

Requirements

High School diploma
Excellent mechanical ability
Good math skils
Ability to use measuring instruments.
Ability to learn and understand SPC
Ability to read blueprints
Good communication.
Ability to work well with others
Excellent time management
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
Able to stand, sit, or walk.
Able to work on elevated areas.
