The Brand Content Marketing Manager (BCMM) is responsible for managing the development and production of branded entertainment, integrations and promotions. In addition the BCMM will also be working on experiential programs for Lincoln and Mercury Brand initiatives, as well as any additional projects as required.
Major Areas of Responsibility
Work closely with the agency to manage the development and production of branded entertainment, integrations and promotions/sweepstakes and additional initiatives that connect with the consumer in creative, non-traditional ways.
Create multi-dimensional programs and activation plans that allow consumers to discover and experience the Lincoln and Mercury brands in traditional and non-traditional ways. Includes media activation, content
and entertainment, alliances and partnerships, promotions, and events driving brand consideration, opinion, traffic and sales
On all initiatives the candidate would be required to:
Work closely with immediate supervisor and respective team members from various disciplines along with the agency to understand and help define key initiatives / product features and benefits for all the
supported nameplates
Ensure that all projects remain consistent with approved brand communications strategies throughout the development process
Lead the development/review / approval process for all projects
Manage relevant timelines/budgets, setting up internal/agency meetings, while keeping management appropriately engaged and informed on all projects
Ensure appropriate timing and level of communication throughout Company (PA, Communications, Brand Teams etc…)

Requirements include:

skills, the ability to manage a diverse project load, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are critical to succeed.
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
Proven experience working with agency personnel while managing the development of branded entertainment and experiential initiatives
Experience in working with production companies and networks while being well versed in broadcast (required) / print production and digital services
Ability to effectively and confidently communicate information and integration ideas in both verbal and written formats
Demonstrated creativity and innovation with proven ability to lead projects to a superior end result
Team player with demonstrated experience forming strong working relationships with internal and external counterparts
Ability to address difficult issues, work under pressure, follow-through and solve problems quickly in the face of challenges
Shows entrepreneurial spirit while leading and encouraging break-through ideas in Branded Entertainment and Experiential marketing
Strong negotiation and conflict management skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple diverse, complex projects simultaneously
Must show passion and dedication to getting the job done during regular and after hours
Previous Work Experience:
Eight to ten years experience including:
Marketing Communications, Advertising and Experiential Marketing
Experience working at, or closely with, Advertising Agencies
Brand Entertainment
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related discipline preferred
Other:
Travel requirements vary from 0-8 days/month
