Manufacturing Supervisor

A fast-paced, customer-centric Nutraceutical manufacturer is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor in Stevens Point, WI.

Manufacturing supervisor will identify key priorities and take action to drive them to successful completion. Must be a strategic thinker and make executive decisions based on previous trends and or demand goals. Along with the team strive to do better every day in every situation. Go above and beyond by identifying quality improvement opportunities and bettering customer satisfaction metrics at every juncture. Provide leadership in Company’s Character First program for all employees to follow.

-A minimum of 3+ years supervisory experience required in an FDA regulated plant.

-Excellent leadership skills and ability to work across the organization with demonstrated success in coaching and mentoring people and leading a team.

-Detail oriented and must understand GMP requirements at an interpretive level.

-Prefer experience in the Pharmaceutical or Nutraceutical industries

-Strong organizational skills and able to be fully engaged and productive in a fast-paced environment.

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills that result in empowerment of employees for successful implementation of corporate goals.

-Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint with understanding of ERP functionality and applications.

-Excellent organizational skills with a high degree of initiative, sense of urgency and flexibility.
