RENTAL AGENT
Established Central Connecticut firm with an over fifty-year success rate as an Owner-Manager-Developer of real estate for multi-family housing is seeking a highly skilled, self-motivated, Rental Agent to work for or in their corporate property office. Must have a minimum of three years experience with HUD/Federal programs (Section 236, Section 8, LIHTC, BIMR). Only those applicants with the appropriate government programs experience will be considered.
