Estimator / Project Manager

If you have spent five years or more estimating and project managing for an insurance restoration contractor...this job may be for you ...so read on!

And, you must be able to write both mitigation and reconstruction estimates in Xactimate.

Our client...a full service insurance restoration contractor in the Las Vegas, NV area,  has need for an Estimator/Project Manager with the above qualifications.

What you will be doing:

• Estimating with Xactimate and managing  fire, water, wind and other residential and commercial damage losses  
• Selling the company's services to property claim adjusters, insurance agents, property managers and end users
• Negotiating and multi-tasking

What you need:

• Five plus years experience in commercial an/or residential insurance restoration

• Five plus years with both structural and mitigation experience as both estimator and project manager

• Xactimate software experience required

• Must live in the greater Las Vegas area

• A track record or successfully selling a company's restoration services
