Bank President

Our client is looking for a dynamic Bank President to make an immediate impact to their bank and be part of an unparalleled management team.  As President, become an active member of this community and promote business development there.  This bank is in a prime location for an active outdoors person and is located in Eau Claire, WI area.  Preference will be given to local candidates.  If you are a Senior commercial lender in the area currently and want to take the next steps in your career, give us a call!

Description

The primary responsibilities for this position include:

·         Promote the Bank and its products to customers and employees.

·         Plan, implement and administer all day-to-day operations of bank

·         Assure that the Bank meets its annual goals and objectives

·         Local pricing for loan rates

·         Monitors branch expenses to control cost.

·         Involvement in strategic project initiatives associated with process improvements, system enhancements.

·         Dedication to the local market.

·         Minimum of 7+  years experience in banking

·         Minimum of 5+ years in management

·         Degree in Finance or Accounting preferred

·         Well developed analytical and problem-solving skills

·         Thorough knowledge of credit and credit quality

·         Ability to work effectively with individuals and groups in managing customer relationships

·         Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills
