Require fluency in Arabic for Middle East Corporate Headquarters Opportunity

Our client, a large, multi-national conglomerate based in the Middle East, is seeking an experienced Organizational Development Manager who is ready to bring their knowledge,  expertise and American influence to this well-respected company in the Middle East.  The ideal candidate is a dynamic, performance driven professional who is passionate about Organizational Development and has the ability to succeed in a cross-cultural environment.  Outstanding communication skills in English are essential and proficiency in Arabic is required.   Requirements include at least 5 years of Organizational Development experience in addition to 10+ years in HR, leadership and development or an operational role, along with a Bachelors Degree in HR/Psychology or related field.  Masters degree or MBA in addition to SHRM or CIPD certification are highly desirable.  Current authorizations to deliver world-class psychometric and/or learning systems (e.g. SHL, DDI) are also advantageous. 

Excellent six figure compensation package along with  housing and car allowance.
