Description

SECU,Maryland's largest credit union with over $2.0 billion in assets and a commitment to quality service is looking for talented individuals to join our Card Services Department .

As a Card Services Specialist you will perform daily card maintenance including processing files, card maintenance, and lost/stolen requests. Assist members and staff with card inquiries. Process member disputes and adjustments. Prepare statistical reports. Process scorecard bonus points and transfers of points.

Requirements

One year college or technical school or 3-6 months related experience or a combination of both.
Knowledge of Visa processing, Visa Operating rules and related banking regulations, card processing back office functions, quality member service skills, balancing, and data entry.
Microsoft office applications problem solving skills effective communication skills ability to meet deadlines
