Description
We are seeking a talented Allied Health (Medical Assisting, Medical Billing and Coding, Pharmacy Technician, etc.) Job Development Specialist to join our team at our Memphis Campus on a full-time basis. Reporting to the Regional Director of Career Services, this individual will:
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
·Identify potential new employers of Remington College graduates daily, and makes contact with such potential new employers by phone, email, or in person to schedule appointments for subsequent meetings to promote the hiring of Remington College graduates by such employers.
·Provide daily to the campus Career Services Departments in their territory information about the employment opportunities generated from the contacts made with potential new employers and existing employers.
·Follow up with the campuses on the status of interviews for job leads and referrals resulting from contacts made with current and potential employers of graduates and the need for any additional information concerning such job leads.

Education Required:
·Holds a bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university or an associate’s degree from an accredited institution.
Experience Required:
·Has one to two years of related experience and/or sales training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
·Maintains a professional appearance, and exhibits a positive company image to the public.
·Has working knowledge of MS Office software and the ability to learn and use a customized student database (CampusVue) and/or other company-approved applications.
