ADVANCE YOUR STRUCTURAL DRYING CAREER WITH A SOLID BALTIMORE INSURANCE RESTORATION CONTRACTOR THAT OFFERS MORE THAN JUST A JOB!
Our client has need for a
Senior Water Technician with a minimum of two years experience in emergency response to flooded properties needing structural drying and other restoration related activities in the
Baltimore, MD area.
What will you be doing:
- Responding quickly to water emergencies, handling new and ongoing damage claims including initial job site inspections, securing the jobs and performing IICRC standards
- Must be willing to be on call 24/7 for emergency disaster water damage claims and other losses
- Duties range from demolition, pack-outs, cleaning and water and/or sewer extraction
- Work in extreme conditions which can be physically demanding...but rewarding when the customer property is restored
What you would need:
- IICRC Certification
- Two years experience in insurance restoration
- Good writing skills with attention to detail
- Versatility with on call and overtime availability
- Able to follow directions, keep the job moving quickly
- Good physical condition with the ability to lift 50 lbs.or more
- Valid drivers license
- Pass background checks with no felony convictions
