Description
Position will require answering phone, communicating with clients and employees, various site staff support, handling daily office activity, preparation of various reports and papers, filing, assisting controller with preparing monthly financial reports, invoices, check runs, payroll, insurance, assisting property managers with reports, letters, budgets, attendance at meetings and payroll distribution.     

Requirements
Cognitive ability in verbal and written communication, accounting processes, business office operations, computer operation and associated software such as MS Word, Excel, Power Point etc.  Testing conducted during interview  process.  Knowledge of Yardi accounting software, multifamily property management systems and government housing programs a plus. Vehicle is required.
