We're currently seeking a qualified Service Coordinator in our Lenexa, KS office:


ABOUT THIS POSITION:  This position is very visible and responsible for service coordination, general office administration, and direct contact with our customers through phone reception and walk-ins.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:  
 
  • Expedite service calls for customers
  • Scheduling and dispatching technicians
  • Equipment and parts research, order parts and coordinate equipment repairs
  • Provide repair price quotes and correspondence
  • Prepare Service tickets and invoicing
  • General Reception duties
  • Miscellaneous administrative duties
 


Requirements


PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENT: 

  • Prior direct cutomer service experience and the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Candidates must be detail-oriented, self-motivated, multi-tasking, and possess superior customer service skills
  • The successful candidate will possess sound business judgement, thrive in a fast-pace environment and be extremely organized.
  • Must have the ability to make decisions within the scope of policies, procedures and budget
  • Technical experience would be a plus but not required.


COMPUTER SKILLS: Microsoft Office, including Word.  Excel and PowerPoint proficiency preferred.
