Administrator - Long Term Care

Celebrate Caring at Owensboro Pace Care and Rehabilitation Center, an affiliated center of SunBridge Healthcare and a leader in long term and rehabilitative care.  We are currently seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator at our 184-bed center located in Owensboro, KY.  This center consists of 145 skilled nursing beds and the remaining beds are personal care beds. We are looking for the right candidate that can take a good center and fine tune some areas and help take Owensboro Place to the next level.

As administrator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the facility in accordance with the applicable policies and procedures, current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern long-term care facilities. The administrator is responsible for developing and maintaining employee relations, ensuring the coordination of the delivery of quality care and services and achieving business development goals and results.

* Licensed Nursing Home Administrator Required. 

* Ability to plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies and procedures, etc. that are necessary for providing quality care and maintaining a sound business operation.
* Knowledge of reimbursement regulations and nursing practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to long-term administration.
* Ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel and the general public.
* Ability to read and interpret financial records and reports.
* Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or a related field preferred.
